You can return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery – no restocking fees, no return shipping charges. We want you to be fully satisfied with your Floyddhome purchase.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, an item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Items that are not in resalable condition, show signs of use or installation, or are returned without original packaging may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@floyddhome.it.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our support team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original box, affix the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
We do not have a self-service online return portal at this time – all returns are handled personally by our team to ensure a smooth process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you. Photos of the damage or defect may be requested to help us improve our quality control.

Refund Timing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The credit will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately – if the order has already been processed or dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return procedure upon delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order. If you received a defective product and would like a replacement instead of a refund, please let us know; we will ship the replacement once the return is scanned by the carrier.
