Order Processing

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update. Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival. If the exterior box shows significant damage, please make a note with the carrier and reach out to us right away. For items that arrive defective or damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
